First Friday is Back!! 

It is time again to celebrate Ashland’s First Friday! And on every First Friday, we like to welcome a boutique, local winery.  This month we are happy to host:

First Friday, November 4th with Circadian Cellars 

Circadian Cellars is a queer, woman owned and operated micro winery based in the heart of the Rogue Valley. Winemaker Sara Garr has over a decade’s experience in the wine industry, encapsulating all aspects of the industry from grape to glass. 

She studied Viticulture and Enology at Umpqua Community College, and never shies away from a challenge or the opportunity to learn something new . Sara is passionate about helping folks find their “lightbulb “moments in the wine industry as they explore the fermentation sciences together. 

The winemaking philosophies at Circadian Cellars are centered around creating low-intervention, approachable wines that are wrapped with enticing labels from beloved artists. Sara strives for her wines to encourage consumers to enjoy them without the highbrow that often infiltrates and clouds the intention of wine tasting spaces. 

Circadian Cellars recognizes that wines are enjoyed in a wide array of situations and circumstances. Sara strongly believes her wines are an extension of herself and hopes they create memorable, inclusive experiences for friends and family. Her decisions in the cellar translate to wines full of tenacity, elegance, unique character and, of course, PIZZAZZ.
